Furka, Krimbel
Courtney Furka and Robert Krimbel, both of Butler were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Aug. 13 at Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church in Butler. The Rev. Timothy Bupp officiated. The newlyweds greeted guests during a reception at Highfield Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Pamela Furka of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Joseph and Marilyn Krimbel of Wexford.
The maid of honor was Lisa Ireland of Tallahassee, Fla. Bridesmaids were Kristina Edmiston, Jessica Hinchberger, Aimee Miller and Cindy Markham, all of Butler, and Lisa Shearer of West Sunbury. The flower girl was Amanda Wiest of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Keith Archer of Apollo. Groomsmen were Derek Furka, Brian Loch, Justin Loch and Larry White Jr., all of Butler and Brian Krimbel of Carnegie. The ring bearer was Tyler Wiest of Butler.
The bride graduated in 2002 from Butler High School and in 2004 from the Butler County Community College Nursing Program. She works at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated in 1994 from North Allegheny High School and attended A.W. Beattie Technical School. He works for Vogel Disposal in Mars.
The couple is living in Butler after a Caribbean cruise honeymoon.
