The East Butler Preferred Physical Therapy A's recently won the Butler County Colt League championship.

After losing their first game, the A's won five straight to win the title. They defeated the East Butler Advance Auto Orioles 8-1 and 10-4 in the championship round.

In the first game, Grant Nagle hit a grand slam and a single, Ryan Geibel contributed two doubles and a single, Nick Rossmiller had a double and single.

Zach Cuffman doubled and Brad Marro singled for the Orioles.

In the second game, Zach Young homered and singled for the A's with Tim Geibel adding four singles. Nagle and Eric Reges had a double and single each.

David Steighner homered for the Orioles and Jon Sanko added a triple and two singles.

Christian Durban drove in five runs and Sam Bucci had two doubles, a single and two RBI to lead Zelienople Dr. Wahl to a 10-9 playoff win over Zelienople Matthews Jewelers.Zach Motyl added two singles, a double and two RBI for Dr. Wahl.Mark Biedka had four singles, Zach Whaltz had two singles and a double, and Vinnie Rice had two singles for Matthews Jewelers.Game 2 of the series will be Wednesday.
