Cullen Hinderliter hit an inside-the-park home run to lead Saxonburg Red to a 12-9 win over Zelienople Paul Blinn in Mid-County Pony baseball recently.

Ryan Fennell added two doubles and a single, and Kyle Christenson and Cale Lawson each tripled for Saxonburg.

Trey Carber hit two doubles and singled and Brett Henchen doubled and singled for Zelienople.

Meridian Nido's 8, Saxonburg 7 -

Ronnie Glassman's game-winning RBI double scored Grant Foley to give Meridian the one-run playoff win.

Josh Miller singled, doubled and tripled for Meridian while Foley had two base hits. Matthew Monnie had three hits and struck out eight batters in six innings of work.

Eric Davis doubled for Saxonburg and Jake Rupert singled twice.

Brandon Lamotte had two doubles and two runs scored and Tom Chybrzynski had two singles and two runs to key the Cubs' win.

Dustin Hilgar fanned 10 of the 14 hitters he faced and Josh McBride closed out the game for the Cubs. Slippery Rock's David Coradi had a triple and single.

East Butler Dodgers 13, Prospect Indians 12 -

Chad Walker had two doubles and a single, Eli Christy, C.J. Suggs and Ben Renwick had two hits each and Josh Saeler had a triple for the Dodgers.

For Prospect Wietzel had a triple and three singles.

East Butler Dodgers 10, UAA Giants 6 -

Eli Christy and C.J. Suggs each had a triple and a single and Chad Walker added two singles to the winning cause.

Lavan had a three-run homerun, Oshlick had three singles and Lopresti had two singles for UAA.
