Several Butler County area athletes were named to the Presidents’ Athletic Conference’s Spring 2005 Academic Honor Roll.

The honor roll is for student athletes on winter and spring varsity sports teams who have earned a 3.6 grade-point average or higher.

Bethany College: Justin Waychoff (baseball, Seneca Valley)

Grove City College: April Duncan (track and field, Knoch), Kristen Hughes (softball, Grove City); Alex Intihar (golf, Seneca Valley), Michelle Mohr (track and field, homeschooled, Grove City)

Thiel College: Mark McElravy (baseball, Karns City)

Washington & Jefferson College: Elizabeth Frye (swimming and diving, Mars); Katie Gress (basketball, Seneca Valley); Doug Johnston (tennis, North Catholic, Valencia)

Waynesburg College: Ryan Floyd (tennis, Mars); Justin Thomas (track and field, Seneca Valley); Heidi Watson (track and field, Seneca Valley)
