Harley Schreiber, a junior at Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School, has been selected to perform in the District III Jazz Festival Feb. 24 to 26 at Brockway High School.Schreiber, who plays the baritone saxophone, will perform in two concerts during the event, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 25 and 1:30 p.m. Feb. 26.

<B>Amy Schnelle</B> of Portersville is one of the student choreographers participating in "Looking In, Dancing Out," a showcase of works by Slippery Rock University dance department faculty and students and guest faculty Teena Custer.The first winter dance theater performance was held Friday. A second performance will begin at 8 p.m. Saturday in Miller Auditorium. Tickets are $5 for the general public and $3 for students and senior citizens and will be available at the door.
