Scott, Hartzell

Christy Scott of Blooming Glen and Brian Hartzell of Butler were united in marriage on Aug. 23. Doylestown Mayor William Neiss officiated. Matthew Spadaccini of West Windsor, N.J., was the witness.

The couple renewed their vows before family and friends Oct. 10 at Line-Lexington Mennonite Church. The Rev. Dan Lorenzon officiated.

The bride is the daughter of J. David and Jane Scott of Blooming Glen. Parents of the bridegroom are Paul and Carol Sue Hartzell of Butler.

At the October ceremony, the bride's sister, Becky Lorenzon of Perkasie, was the matron of honor. The bridesmaid was Alycia Loston of Doylestown.

Performing the duties of best man for the ceremony was Jeff Fox of West Windsor. The bride's brother, Jesse Scott of Blooming Glen, acted as the usher. The ring bearer was Shane Lorenzon of Perkasie.

The bride graduated in 2003 from Penn Ridge High School. She is a student at Delaware Valley College.

The bridegroom graduated in 2003 from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. He attended Delaware Valley College. He works for McGuire Electric in Doylestown.

The couple is making their home in Coopersburg.
