Janae Stimpert and Jonathan McLister, both of Butler exchanged wedding vows at 4 p.m. Nov. 13 at Community Alliance Church in Butler. Officiating at the wedding ceremony was the Rev. Dennis Krajacic. A reception was held at Herman Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Kristen Stimpert of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Dennis and Karen McLister of Lake County, Fla.

The honor attendant was Kara Hahn of York. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Wigton of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Kristen Gardner of Texas; and Danielle Conrad, Alexa Hunter and Maura Hunter, all of Butler. Junior bridesmaids were Audra Hunter and Erica Hunter, both of Butler. The flower girl was Kendall McLister of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Timothy McLister of Butler. Ushers were Charles McLister of Hummelstown; Dennis McLister of Hingham, Mass.; Mathew Milliken and Chad Cousins, both of Butler; Chris Scotece of Pittsburgh; Frank Patercity of Raleigh, N.C.; and Cory Steighner of Wilmington, N.C.

The bride graduated in 2000 from Butler High School and in 2002 from West Liberty State College. She works as a dental hygienist for Dr. Robert Todd, DMD, in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from BHS and in 2003 from Indiana (Pa.) University with a master's degree. He works for the County of Butler.

After honeymooning at the Sandals Resort in Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Butler.
