Lutz, Whitfield

Julia Lutz and Brian Whitfield, both of Irwin exchanged wedding vows at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 9 at Saint Vincent Basilica Parish. The Rev. Thomas Curry officiated. The newlyweds greeted guests during a reception at the Four Points Sheraton in Greensburg.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Kathleen Lutz of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Paul and Patricia Krinock of Vero Beach, Fla.

The honor attendant was Christine Lutz of Callery. Bridesmaids included Bobbi Jo Szymanski and Tanya Ciavarra, both of Oakmont, and Breanne Arnold of Butler. The flower girl was Emily Smith of Latrobe.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Thomas Gaudino of Oakmont. Groomsmen included Dan Semenko of Latrobe, Scott Courtney of Dormont and Edward Prince of Bradford. The ring bearer was Collin Smith of Latrobe.

The bride graduated in 1995 from Butler High School. She is a business services supervisor for Penn Telecom in Butler.

The bridegroom graduated in 1994 from Greater Latrobe High School and in 2001 from Clarion University. He is a district manager for Combined Insurance in Greensburg.

After honeymooning in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Irwin.
