Lisa Hammer and Douglas Snyder, both of Butler exchanged wedding vows at 1 p.m. July 18 at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa in Farmington. The Rev. Marty Anker officiated. A reception was held at the Mulligans and Arden Estate at Nemacolin.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Marie Gaborko of Sewickley. Parents of the bridegroom are Carl and Beverly Snyder of Butler.

The maid of honor was Rochelle Snyder of Butler.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Preston Snyder of Butler.

The bride is a 1981 graduate of Ambridge High School and a 1985 graduate of Robert Morris College. She is the owner of Premier Pilates in Butler.

The bridegroom is a 1985 graduate of Butler High School. He works for Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann.

Following an extended stay at Nemacolin, the couple is making their home in Butler.
