Shoaf, Rachwal

Tammi Shoaf of Cabot and Frank Rachwal of Pittsburgh were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at Sarver Free Methodist Church in Sarver. The Rev. Robert Linhart Jr. officiated. A reception was held at the Winfield Fire Hall.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Coleen Shoaf of Cabot. Parents of the bridegroom are Joe Rachwal of Butler and Laura Makepeace of Pittsburgh.

The matron of honor was Crystal Thrower and the miniature bride was Alexis Thrower, both of Saxonburg. Bridesmaids included Lisa Inklovich of Butler and Shari Lauer of Cabot. The flower girl was Amanda Thompson of Saxonburg.

Serving the bridegroom as best man was Jon Hatcher of Zelienople and the miniature bridegroom was Jesse Lauer of Cabot. Ushers included Joe Rachwal of Pittsburgh and Joe Melton of Cabot. The ring bearer was Joshua Thrower of Saxonburg.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Knoch High School. She is the office manager for Elawar Neurology Associates.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Knoch High School and is a senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in leadership at La Roche College. He works as a sales associate for Sears in Ross Township.

After honeymooning in the Bahamas, the couple is making their home in Sarver.
