Steven Marinello

Steven Marinello, 45, of Parsonville Road in Petrolia died of natural causes early Wednesday in the emergency room at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Jan. 23, 1959, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of Joseph Marinello Sr. and the late Stephania Kucinic Marinello.

He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh and was a carpenter for Ross Development in East Liberty.

Mr. Marinello was a Catholic.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and belonged to Ducks Unlimited, the NRA and the Valley Dam Sportman's Club.

Surviving are his wife, Lisa M. Haynick Marinello, whom he married Sept. 6, 1980; and three daughters, Kristy M., Stephanie B. and Amanda L. Marinello, all at home. Also surviving are his father and stepmother, Joseph and "Dee" Marinello Sr. of East Liberty; three brothers, Frank Marinello of Mt. Oliver, Joe Marinello of Waterton, Wis., and George Marinello of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Rose Mary Miller of Plum and Mrs. Robert (Jo Ann) Ray of Verona; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

MARINELLO - Friends of Steven Marinello, who died Wednesday, June 30, 2004, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. David Panther, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.
