Adam C. Johnson, 23, of Butler passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 28, 1997, in Pittsburgh, the son of Terry L. and Elizabeth (Collins) Johnson of Butler.

Surviving along with his parents are a sister, Tara (Michael) Pope of Midland, Pa.; a brother, Kyle Johnson of Butler; two aunts, Pam (Michael) Hearth of Maryland, and Dawn Morgan of Ohio; his uncle, James Collins of Butler; two nieces who were his world, Amie and Natasha; a special cousin, Mercedes Belch of Butler; and a number of cousins and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents; and an uncle, Roger Morgan.
