These items have been collected from various police departments.

Dec. 27 — Alonzo J. Fleischer, 24, of Butler was charged with having suspected heroin after he suffered an apparent overdose earlier in the month on Morton Avenue.

A passer-by reportedly found Fleischer just before 11 a.m. Dec. 5 on the ground in front of a house, according to court documents, and administered Narcan. Fleischer eventually regained consciousness.

Police said they found him with four stamp bags of suspected heroin hanging out of one of his pockets. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness.

Dec. 27 — Robby L. Dunbar Jr., 28, of Butler was charged with giving police a bogus name stemming from a warrant investigation earlier in December on Center Avenue.

Police said they spotted a man they believed was Dunbar riding a bicycle about 4 p.m. Dec. 7 near the Donut Connection. An officer eventually caught up to the defendant, who initially claimed his name was “Tyler,” according to court documents. He later gave his real name.

A subsequent search turned up an alleged crack pipe in one of his pants pockets. He is charged with false identification to law enforcement authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:21 p.m. Dec. 17 — David R. Davenport III, 48, of Butler was caught driving with a suspended license – DUI related on Second Street near at East Jefferson Street. He also was cited for a lighting violation. Police said Davenport has at least three prior offenses for driving under suspension.

10:38 a.m. Sunday — A vehicle driven by Patricia J. Dobson, 67, of Butler struck another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction on Highfield Road. Joseph C. Furka, 94, of Lyndora was the other driver. No one was injured but both vehicles had to be towed. Police cited Dobson for careless driving.2:20 a.m. Saturday — Ian M. Moore, 23, of Chicora lost control of his pickup in heavy fog on Route 422 near the Mercer Road bridge and struck an embankment, causing several rocks to fall on the road. He was not injured.Butler Township volunteer firefighters, Butler city firefighters, Butler Ambulance Service and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation assisted at the scene. Police cited Moore for driving too fast for conditions and careless driving.4:13 p.m. Thursday — Aaron T. Moyers, 42, of Brucetown Mills, W.V., was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 38-year-old Butler Township woman during a domestic dispute on Route 8 south.The woman was driving the vehicle when Moyers started punching her in the head and face, police said. The relationship between Moyers and the woman was not immediately clear.The woman pulled onto the parking lot of the Greater Butler Mart and her 18-year-old daughter, who also was in the vehicle, called 911. Police said Moyers tried to take the teen's phone from her.A 42-year-old Summit Township man was in the parking lot and tried to intervene, but Moyers told the man to leave and threw a rock at him, police said.The older woman suffered minor facial injuries. Moyers also had minor facial injuries that he suffered when the woman fought back in self-defense, police said. She was not charged.Moyers was arraigned on charges of simple assault, two counts each of reckless endangerment and harassment, and disorderly conduct. He was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond following arraignment.7:39 a.m. Dec. 31 — No one was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Route 422. The wreck happened when a vehicle driven by Lori Jenkins, 42, of Orlando, Fla., rear-ended a vehicle driven by Nathan Anderson, 31, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.Shortly after that collision, according to the police report, a vehicle driven by Gale Garmond, 28, of Evans City, struck the back of Jenkins' vehicle. One of the three vehicles had to be towed.

1:58 a.m. Dec. 9 — Alicia R. Peters, 28, of Butler was charged with drugged driving on West Cunningham Street. Police said she told them that she has taken 46 Klonopin pills and smoked crack cocaine, after she was pulled over for a tinted window violation.Toxicology results later showed she had clonazepam and cocaine in her system, court documents said. Klonopin is the brand name of clonazepam.Peters is charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license, careless driving and a window tint violation.
