Tanner Merwin had six catches for 66 yards while Caden Rainey pulled in six passes for 48 yards. The Falcon Knights rushed the ball 11 times for minus five yards.

Eli Penny had eight tackles and two quarterback sacks defensively while Merwin had 10 tackles and an interception.

Jacob Wolak earned medalist honors with a 1-under-par 71 Friday as Slippery Rock placed third in a Region 2 mega-match at Tanglewood.

The Rockets tallied 331 points, trailing only winner Grove City (305) and Hickory (321). Slippery Rock stands in second place overall after three region matches.
