Seneca Valley's wrestling team got off to a quick start Thursday night on the way to a 35-24 win over Mifflin County in the first round of the PIAA Class AAA team playoffs in Hershey.

The Raiders won six of the first seven bouts, including a pin from Dylan Chappell at 113 pounds to begin the match.

Seneca Valley clinched the win with a pin from Nick Funovits at 220 pounds.

SV will face Bethlehem Catholic at 2 p.m. Friday in the quarterfinals.

Should the Raiders win, they will wrestle later Friday in the semifinals.
