2:03 a.m. Monday — A disturbance in the drive-thru of the McDonald’s in Greater Butler Mart resulted in charges against two people.

A passenger in a vehicle at the drive-thru, Krystle Anderson, 26, of Cranberry Township was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. The driver, Emilio Resario, 25, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence.

9:40 p.m. Saturday — Katherine Wilczynski, 69, of Lyndora was charged with public drunkenness after police reported finding her drunk on the 100 block of Penn Avenue. Wilczynski had lost her footing and fallen onto the road, according to police.

6:36 p.m. Saturday — Hannah Marie Holmes, 27, of Cabot was charged with retail theft at the Walmart at Butler Commons plaza.

Along with the alleged theft of about $116 worth of goods Holmes was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and simple trespass, according to police.

3:48 p.m. Saturday — Ciara Cheyan Pellegrini, 21, of Butler was charged with retail theft at Walmart in Butler Commons plaza.

Pellegrini allegedly took about $854 worth of items, according to police.

11:06 p.m. May 10 — Tood V. Scialabba, 45, of New Castle was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, following an incident at Villa Drive.

Scialabba was released to a family member, according to police.

9:45 p.m. May 19 — A 27-year-old Natrona Heights man was arrested after failing a field sobriety test in Clinton Township, according to police.

The man was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital for a blood draw, and a criminal investigation continues.
