Zach Van Dyke doubled and drove in three runs and the Slippery Rock High baseball team used a six-run sixth inning to down Hickory 9-3 and clinch the regional title.

Dylan Dingle got the win, striking out six in seven innings.

Gunner Becker and Danny Williams also drove in a pair of runs for the Rockets (13-2, 10-1).

Mars 4, Blackhawk 3 — Jack Anderson scored on a suicide squeeze bunt put down by Joey Craska with one out in the bottom of the ninth to give the Planets the victory.

Anderson hit a two-run homer in the third inning and drove in three for Mars (12-5).

Frank Craska got the win in relief and also had a pair of hits for the Planets.
