I would like to express a special thank-you to the person who made the call to 911, and also to the people who rescued my nephew, Henry Leo Stefanacci, from the frigid waters after his car slid off the road and overturned in Connoquenessing Creek on March 3.
Thanks to their quick response and heroic efforts, his family and friends will be forever grateful.
May God bless all those who helped save his life.
