The Butler Eagle welcomes letters from its readers on any public subject. Letters should be less than 250 words in length. The Eagle reserves the right to edit letters for space, clarity, relevance and any other reason. Writers should include an address and telephone number for verification. Addresses and telephone numbers are not published. Names and hometowns are required for publication.
