BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Robbie Achesinski, 40, of Butler waived to court a charge of simple assault, filed July 3 by township police.

Tyrone C. Climo, 22, of Parker pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 21 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Climo was ordered to pay $439 in fines and court costs.

David S. Haines, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, a lane violation and an open container violation, filed July 2 by township police.

Patricia E. Lachance, 46, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Aug. 9 by township police.

John M. Lapcevich, 40, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 18 by township police. Lapcevich was ordered to pay $439 in fines and court costs.

Albert J. Mastrocesare Jr., 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of escape, filed May 10 by Butler County detectives.

Casey Lynn Miller, 25, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding a flashing red light, driving without insurance, failing to carry her driver's license, and an open container violation, filed July 17 by state police.

Crystal D. Myers, 44, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and disobeying traffic control devices, filed July 18 by township police.

Sennie Ann Northime, 27, of East Brady, Clarion County, was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia filed June 21 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Marcia S. Robinette, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, not stopping at a red light and a lane violation, filed Aug. 6 by township police.

Andrew J. Safranek, 39, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed June 27 by state police.

Wendy K. Safranek, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 16 by township police.

Safranek, in a separate case filed June 26 by state police, was held for court on a charge of retail theft.

Nikola J. Skrak, 27, of Prospect waived to court charges of false identification to police and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 10 by township police.

Troy D. Sovern, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 2 by township police. Sovern was ordered to pay $439 in fines and court costs.

Jason P. Stephenson, 29, of Johnsonville, N.C., was held for court on charges of delivering a controlled substance, possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed March 8 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Brad F. Wooten, 40, of Hermitage, Mercer County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed June 21 by township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Brian W. Abels, 41, of Butler waived to court a charge of attempted indecent assault, filed Aug. 6 by Moraine State Park rangers.Freddie L. Bauer, 52, of Prospect waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 21 by state police.Craig S. Carr Jr., 30, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 15 by state police.Michael A. Gaurrich, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 16 by state police.Jeremy T. Lacko, 32, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 2 by Moraine State Park rangers. Lacko was ordered to pay $569 in fines and court costs.Dana E. O'Neill, 20, of Leonardtown, Md., waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speed, filed July 9 by Slippery Rock police.Aaron W. Patterson, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to police and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 6 by state police.Anthony S. Pierce, 24, of Marlton, N.J., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, failing to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 26 by state police.Derek M. Schade, 19, of McDonald, Washington County, waived to court charges of theft and institutional vandalism, filed May 7 by Slippery Rock University police.Paul J. Schermer, 22, of Erie waived to court a charge of possessing a controlled substance, filed May 30 by state police.Nikola J. Skrak, 27, of Prospect waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night, criminal mischief and two counts each of conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft, filed Aug. 22 by state police.Skrak, in a separate case filed May 30 by state police, waived charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.In a third case filed March 14 by state police, Skrak waived two counts each of theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a vehicle and three counts of conspiracy to commit theft, conspiracy to commit receiving stole property and conspiracy to commit theft from a vehicle, filed March 14 by state police.Skrak, in a fourth case filed March 5 by state police, waived charges of theft and receiving stolen property.Terry H. Webb, 46, of Butler waived to court a charge of attempted indecent assault, filed Aug. 6 by Moraine State Park rangers.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Aaron J. Brinkley, 30, of Butler waived to court two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed tin two separate cases March 2 and 16.Wendy Jo McKowan, 47, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and an open container violation, filed June 6.Kevin S. Walker, 36, of Fenelton waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed March 1.
