No more 'Pokemon' at memorial
TOKYO — The atomic bomb memorial park in Hiroshima is now Pokemon No. An official of the western Japanese city said Monday that the developer of the popular “Pokemon Go” smart phone game had removed the creatures and sites that had drawn crowds of players to the park.
Game developer Niantic met a city request to delete them by last weekend, when a solemn annual ceremony was held to mark the anniversary of the atomic bombing.
