Billie Bowers, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving, not using turn signals, and a lane violation, filed July 24 by state police.

Ryan Kelly, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed Aug. 31 by Penn Township police.

Kevin Manfred, 23, of Canton, Ohio, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 25 by Penn Township police.

Emily McCormick, 21, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, DUI and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 25 by Penn Township police.

James Rezzetano, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed Aug, 31 by Penn Township police.
