Charges were filed June 26 by state police in Beaver County.Nehemiah F. Egleston, 25, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed May 23 by the Office of the Attorney General.Brandon R. Wearing, 37, of Callery, waived for court a charge of indecent exposure. A charge of open lewdness was withdrawn. Charges were filed July 9 by Cranberry Township police.Sarah A. Yost, 26, of McKees Rocks, waived for court a charge of retail theft. The charge was filed July 2 by Cranberry Township police.Kelly L. Staudt, 50, of Pittsburgh, waived for court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit retail theft and conspiracy to receive stolen property. Charges were filed July 30 by Cranberry Township police.Lindsey R. Hissem, 34, of New Castle, was held for court on charges of tampering with evidence and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed June 12 by Cranberry Township police.Mitchell R. Golden, 24, of Callery, was held for court on charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, accident causing damage to an unattended vehicle or property, failure to report an accident to police and careless driving. Charges were filed May 8 by Cranberry Township police.

Bennett, 38, of Sewickley, was held for court on charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed July 5 by state police.Brian C. Frazin, 48, of Valencia, waived for court charges of forgery, identity theft, tampering with records, altering or forging title or registration and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were withdrawn. Charges were filed Aug. 5 by Adams Township police. In a separate case, Frazin waived for court a charge of flight to avoid apprehension. The charge was filed Aug. 19 by Adams Township police.William A. Bieber Jr., 45, of Prospect, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt. Charges were filed June 24 by state police.Michael R. Mesecke, 26, of Harmony, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and accident causing damage to unattended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Aug. 7 by Jackson Township police.Jennifer R. Davidson, 41, of Butler, waived for court a charge of theft by unlawful taking. The charge was filed Aug. 14 by state police.Cole T. Creedon, 21, of Renfrew, waived for court charges of DUI: general impairment of driving safely first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol first offense and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Aug. 13 by Zelienople police.Jerry B.
