SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
John Charlton Jr., 29, of Apollo, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of unsworn falsification to authorities and false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Feb. 20 by Penn Township police.
Glenn Giese, 56, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed Feb. 20 by Penn Township police.
Chaz McAnallen, 24, of Butler Township waived to court a charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Dec. 23 by Penn Township police.
Velena Morozov, 28, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed Jan. 1 by Penn Township police.
Chad Scott, 33, of Mars pleaded guilty to charges of accidents involving damage to an attended or property, disregarding traffic lanes and reckless driving, filed Feb. 28 by state police. He was ordered to pay $3,490 in fines and court costs.
WORTH TWP, Mercer County — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard this case:Amber Christine Bowser, 23, of 224½ S. Center St., Grove City, had her case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Bowser March 28 with hindering apprehension or prosecution and corruption of minors.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Anthony Bartley, 37, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, failure to keep right, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 17.Arthur Brenner, 40, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Oct. 3. He was ordered to pay $188.50 in fines and court costs.Michael Emery Campbell, 27, of Sarver was held for court on charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors filed Feb. 26.Joseph Corbett Jr., 32, of Adrian pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief filed Oct. 26. He was ordered to pay $600 in fines, court costs and restitution.Christopher Ealy, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, theft, receiving stolen property, two counts of simple assault, disorderly conduct and scattering rubbish, filed March 11.Charles Riedenbach, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and two counts of harassment filed April 7.Brian Schrecengost, 21, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 25. He was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.Nancy Watson, 47, of Butler waives to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes, and driving too fast for conditions, filed March 14.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Keenan Lorren Moore, 20, of New Castle had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Moore Feb. 18 with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver; use or possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of small amount of marijuana; two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance; duties at stop sign and no headlights.Christopher A. Graham, 23, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Graham March 27 with two counts of driving under the influence and careless driving.John A. Baer, 46, of 233 Hilltop Acres, Slippery Rock, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Baer March 27 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.Casey Teresa Hughes, 20, of Roseland, N.J., waived her case to court. Slippery Rock police charged Hughes March 28 with three counts of driving under the influence, duties at stop sign and purchase of alcoholic beverage by minor.Anthony Richard Grasso, 25, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. Slippery Rock University police charged Grasso April 5 with two counts of driving under the influence and careless driving.James J. Gunn, 22, of New Castle waived his case to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Gunn April 11 with two counts of driving under the influence and duties at stop sign.Julia Elizabeth Parenti, 21, of 124 Shawnee Lane Apt. 1, Slippery Rock, waived her case to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Parenti April 11 with two counts of driving under the influence and two counts of duties at a stop sign.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jeffrey L. Baker, 36, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Justin A. McCall, 26, of Saxonburg had his case held to court. He was charged March 27 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts each of writing bad checks and of theft by deception.Kevin Patrick O'Connell, 37, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and giving false identification to law enforcement officers.Roberta Baldwin, 51, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged March 10 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and five counts of forgery.Allen Michael Gruver, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, improper right turn and careless driving.Cody Lee Graham, 23, of South Franklin waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with five counts of writing bad checks.Patrick Fowler, 52, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 5, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of writing bad checks.Lori Beth Muto, 36, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 11, 2003, by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Jason Alan Miller, 35, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, not yielding, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and disregard of traffic lane.Eric J. Tomasko, 31, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 5, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with nine counts each of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.James Howell, 44, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 22 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and resisting arrest.William R. Marsh, 42, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, fleeing or attempting to elude signal, driving with a suspended license, speeding, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

He was charged Feb. 7 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking, theft by failure to make required dispersal of funds, tampering with records or identification and deceptive business practices.Barry Leasher, 42, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and failure to keep right.Sean C. Perell, 32, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14, 2004, by the Jackson Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.Kelly Morrissey, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 4 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving the wrong way, operating a vehicle without insurance, purchasing alcohol by a minor and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Donald D. Stockdill, 35, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the state police with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.Nathan James Marshall, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 9 by the Jackson Township police with 16 counts each of access device fraud and conspiracy to commit access device fraud and 15 counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to receive stolen property.
