Pikoulas, Black
Cranberry Township residents Shannon Pikoulas and Nathaniel Black were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. March 3 in Mount Washington, Allegheny County. Judge Thomas Doerr officiated. A reception followed at the Monterey Bay in Pittsburgh.
The bride is the daughter of Dean Pikoulas of Butler and Cynthia Pikoulas of Hilton Head, S.C. Parents of the bridegroom are Bill and Diane Black of Butler.
The honor attendant was Michele Anthony of Butler. Bridesmaids included Elizabeth Altobelli of New York City, Heidi Horine of Gettysburg, Connie Pikoulas of Pittsburgh and Jennifer O'Brien of Butler. The flower girl was McKenna O'Brien of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Chuck Barber of Chicago. Ushers included Jason Anthony and Rob Esposto, both of Butler; Willy Black of Harrisburg; Derek Black of Selbyville, Del.; and Kevin Piccola of Somerset. The ring bearer was Riley Black of Butler.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Butler High School and a 1998 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College. She works for USAirways in Philadelphia.
The bridegroom graduated in 1994 from Butler High School. He works for Embarq in Butler.
Following a honeymoon trip to Mexico, the couple is making their home in Butler.
