3 jailed on drug charges after raid
KNOX, Clarion County — Three people were arrested Tuesday night when police raided an alleged meth lab in an apartment complex in the borough.
At 9 p.m., police raided the apartment at the Knox Commons. Arrested were Kathryn Dittman, 23, who lived at the apartment; and Adam Graham, 22, and Keshia Shetler, 19, both of Shippenville.
When the suspects were arrested, people who lived in the entire apartment building — including children who lived in an adjoining apartment — had to be evacuated because the alleged lab was in operation when officers arrived.
All three suspects were arraigned in front of District Judge Timothy Schill and placed in the Clarion County Corrections Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
The suspects face felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiracy, manufacturing drugs with a minor present and other charges.
