SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases:
Nathan William Kroll, 21, of Mercer, waived to trial charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 4 by SRU police.
Ian Kristopher Kerner, 30, of Bethel Park, was held for court on charges of DUI; no rear lights; driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, filed Oct. 4, by SRU police.
Lindsi Tayler Gamble, 21, of Pittsburgh, waived to trial charges of selling or furnishing liquor to a minor and furnishing liquor to a minor, filed Oct. 14 by Liquor Control Enforcement.
Ian Jeffery Plum, 19, of Sinks Grove, W. Va., held for trial on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 29 by SRU police.
Benjamin Brice Hamilton, 31, of Harmony, waived to trial charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 15 by Slippery Rock police.
Boyd Matthew Bestic, 20, of Pittsburgh, waived to trial charges of DUI; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; operating unsafe equipment, filed Sept. 3 by Slippery Rock police.
Michael Robert Herndon, 32, of Grove City, waived to trial charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; intentionally possess a controlled substance; DUI; make, repairs or sells offensive weapon, filed June 25 by Slippery Rock police.
Courtney Marie Slavic, 22, of Greenville, waived to trial charges of DUI; period for requiring lighted lamps, filed Nov. 1 by Slippery Rock police.

Lee James Rapsinski, 20, of Butler, was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, interference with child custody, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and indecent assault, filed Nov. 22 by state police.
Alyssa Marie Garcia, 28, of Sarver, waived her case to court on a charge of theft, filed Oct. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Kimberly J. Gatto, 31, of Butler, was held for court for a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 6 by Penn Township police.
Brittany Nicole Bates, 27, of Cabot, waived to trial charges of DUI — drug, invalid registration, invalid inspection, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 15 by state police.
