Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra will give a free concert at 2 p.m. Feb. 16 at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave. The 85 musicians will perform selections including “Mother Goose Suite” and “Enigma Variations.” Tickets are free but must be downloaded at www.pyso.org.
