SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Phillip Grayson, 40, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 16 by state police.

Keith Moore, 22, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Aug. 22 by Saxonburg police.

Cindy Nicolazzo, 40, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of speeding and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 28 by Saxonburg police. Nicolazzo was ordered to pay $222.50 in fines and court costs.

Caleb Novotny, 19, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking, filed Aug. 8 by Saxonburg police.

Phillip Phillips, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and simple assault, filed Sept. 17 by state police.

Diane Sullivan, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed June 29 by state police.

Shane Summerville, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possession a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 8 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Lisa Ann Bolcato, 47, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court two counts each of retail theft and defiant trespass, filed Aug. 12 by Butler Township police.Heather L. Burke, 34, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 14 by Butler Township police. Burke was ordered to pay $344.50 in fines and court costs.Robert T. Collins II, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegally discharging a firearm, filed July 28 by Butler Township police.Jenny T. Cox, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Aug. 10 by Butler Township police.Georgette R. Fleeger, 38, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of theft by deception and forgery, filed Aug. 12 by Butler Township police.Brett B. Krause, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 28 by Butler County Community College police.Tina M. Logan, 21, of Butler waived to court seven counts of forgery, 10 counts each of identity theft and access device fraud, two counts of theft, receiving stolen property and six counts of conspiracy, filed July 20 by Butler Township police.Kimberly J. Maher, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 3 by Butler Township police.Justin R. Manny, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 1 by Butler Township police.In a separate case, Manny waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed May 1 by Butler Township police.Todd A. Moore, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed July 24 by Butler Township police.Andrew J. Moser, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 2 by Butler Township police.Jacob Smith, 24, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 31 by Butler Township police.Nicole Sutherland-Myers, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 30 by Butler Township police. Zaborowski, 19, of Ambridge, Beaver County was held for court on charge of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 24 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Adrian Bell, 35, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland Country, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 9.Donald B. Deal, 27, of Parker pleaded guilty to charges of defiant trespass and harassment, filed Aug. 17. Deal was ordered to pay $1,159.50 in fines and court costs.Ryan Fenstermaker, 23, of Butler, 23, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, forgery and conspiracy, filed July 9.Larry Kley Jr., 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 2.Kassie Lipscomb, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed June 8.Erika Mack, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed July 9. Mack was ordered to pay $829.50 in fines and court costs.Shane W. Young, 36, of Butler waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed June 8.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:Kyle J. Cote, 20, of Erie waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, underage drinking and depositing water on the road, filed Aug. 26 by Slippery Rock University police.Chad Heasley, 38, of Mercer pleaded guilty to charges of possessing of small amount of marijuana and public drunkenness, filed Aug. 19 by Harrisville police. Heasley was ordered to pay $874.50 in fines and court costs.Justin L. Herp, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed June 9 by state police. Herp was ordered to pay $480 in fines and court costs.Robert L. Koerbel, 30, of Zelienople waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, not using turn signals, a lane violations and an open container violation, filed July 21 by state police.Austin J. Luchansky, 19, of Stoneboro, Mercer County, waived to court charges of DUI; minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, underage drinking, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 10 by state police.Robert J. McLaughlin, 19, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle and access device fraud, filed Aug. 31 by state police.Thomas W.
