Aug. 4 — Cindy L. Schroder, 55, of Butler, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an incident June 3 in Center Township.Police said they responded to calls of a possible fight, and they found Schroder, who witnesses said had been walking around the Beacon Light Trailer Park screaming and yelling for several hours.Police said Schroder appeared to be drunk. Police said when they confronted Schroder, she again began screaming and punching items outside her home.Police said while they arrested Schroder, she began to push away from them and resist.Aug. 3 — Matthew G. Sabich, 52, of Parker, was charged with a first-offense DUI following a July 31 vehicle crash on Kittanning Pike in Parker Township.Police said that at the scene they spoke with Sabich, who smelled of alcohol. Police said Sabich did not follow directions for a breath test, and he refused to have his blood tested.
