TOWN CRIER

BUTLER — The Butler County board of commissioners took these actions Wednesday:

The original bond was used to establish the county infrastructure bank, which used the funds to finance the downtown streetscape and Sullivan Run flood control projects in Butler and the MSA throughway and sewer rehabilitation project in Cranberry Township. Key Government Inc. will refinance the bond.

Among the service's charges are $1,150 per autopsy performed in the county, $500 per appearance at a coroner's inquest or magistrate's hearing and $750 per court appearance. While the agreement does not have a termination date, the contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days written notification.
