Aaron Carpenter, 35, of Erie waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and false reports to law enforcement authorities, filed Oct. 6 by Buffalo Township police.
Michelle Hawthorne, 41, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 7 by Saxonburg police.
Lori Moore, 42, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed Aug. 17 by Buffalo Township police.
Dustin Mosse, 18, of Sarver waived to court charges of luring a child into a vehicle and two counts of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 24 by Buffalo Township police.
Susan Starr, 46, of Valencia waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed July 8 by state police.
Debora Twyman, 37, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI and careless driving, filed May 8 by state police.

Hiles, 24, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without valid inspection, filed Sept. 3.James Lauricia, 25, of Emlenton, Venango County, was held for court on charges of theft and conspiracy, filed Jan. 25.Cara Rea, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and failure to keep right, filed July 18.David Ruffaner, 60, of Worthington, waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to obey persons directing traffic, filed Aug. 13.Andrew J. Boomer, 27, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 22 by Butler Township police.Travis R. Hilliard, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 29 by Butler Township police.Angela S. Kouns, 37, of Akron, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving vehicle at safe speed, filed Sept. 2 by Butler Township police.Devin A. Lamka, 26, of Butler waived to court one charge of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 19 by state police.Christopher J. Nunez, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 6 by Butler Township police. Nunez also pleaded guilty to one charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 3 by Butler Township police.
