Brett B. Hartshorn, 29, of Sarver waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 19 in separate cases. Hartshorn, in another case filed Dec. 28, waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.
Jeremy D. Venturini, 34, of Tarentum waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a lane violation, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Dec. 12.

Balin Jr., 21, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 27.Andrew M. Dahl, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of corruption of minors and displaying obscene sexual materials, filed Jan. 6.Kelly L. Edwards, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 14.Dwaine Hans, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and driving without headlights and without valid inspection, filed Sept. 28.Nathan A. Harvey, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, failing to keep right, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Jan. 23.Elmer F. Mitchell, 41, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 1.Chelsey A. Rock, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, DUI by a minor, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving without insurance, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 11.Joseph T.
