SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Brett B. Hartshorn, 29, of Sarver waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 19 in separate cases. Hartshorn, in another case filed Dec. 28, waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.

Jeremy D. Venturini, 34, of Tarentum waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, a lane violation, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Dec. 12.

Harvey, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, failing to keep right, careless driving and an open container violation, filed Jan. 23.Elmer F. Mitchell, 41, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 1.Chelsey A. Rock, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, DUI by a minor, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving without insurance, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 11.Joseph T.
