Craig 50th anniversary
Tom and Carol Craig of Butler were honored on their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise party Saturday, including dinner and dancing, hosted by their children at the Grand Ballroom in downtown Butler.
Craig married the former Carol Kienzle on April 30, 1966, in Butler.
They have two children, Kelly (John) Giles of Butler and Tom (Monica) Craig of Grove City.
They also have five grandchildren.
Craig is self-employed as a manufacturer’s representative for General Partitions, Bobrick Accessories and many other companies working with local contractors, prisons and universities.
He is also an active golfer, a member of the Butler Elks lodge and a member of the Butler County, Christopher Gist Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution.
Mrs. Craig is a homemaker, attends line dancing at the Tanglewood Center, enjoys card club and is a groupie at Remember When oldies dances.
The Craigs attend the Community Alliance Church and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
The couple also will celebrate their golden anniversary with a cruise to the Bahamas.
