Sheriff's assoc. seeks members
Becoming an honorary member of the Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Association helps fund education and training of sheriffs.
Butler County Sheriff Mike Slupe said the $25 membership fee helps fund classes held for sheriffs covering such topics as leadership/management, mental health issues and technology.
Honorary members receive a membership card, a bumper sticker and a subscription to the association magazine.
Those interested in becoming an honorary member of the association could stop at Slupe’s office in the county courthouse in Butler or call 724-284-5245.
