11:10 a.m. Sunday — Sandi L. Kradel, 36, of Oakland Township was allegedly caught with suspected heroin and crack cocaine on the 300 block of South Washington Street.
Police said they got a call for a reported intoxicated woman in the area of South Washington and West Wayne Street and found Kradel “stumbling” at the intersection. She initially gave officers a bogus name, according to court documents.
A subsequent search found two crack pipes in one pants pocket. In another pocket, documents said, police found three stamp bags of suspected heroin, a hypodermic needle and spoon.
She also allegedly had two rocks of suspected crack and two empty bags of heroin in a third pants pocket.
Kradel is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement authorities.

Monday — Jody M. Blystone, 47, of Karns City and Brandi D. Blystone, 27, of Fairview Township were both charged in an April shoplifting incident at the Butler Commons’ Walmart.
The defendants are accused of failing to scan 32 items of merchandise, totaling $96.51, at the store’s self-checkout aisle, according to court documents. Police said the alleged crime was captured on surveillance video.
Brandi Blystone, who has at least four prior shoplifting convictions, is charged with felony counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft. Police said Jody Blystone has one prior shoplifting conviction, and he is charged with a felony count of conspiracy to commit retail theft and a misdemeanor count of retail theft.
Friday — Christopher M. Hart, 42, of Butler was charged with having Suboxone without a prescription stemming from a June 2 traffic stop on Route 68. Police said they stopped him going the wrong way in a van.
Hart is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Friday — Police charged Natusha L. Dunkle, 20, of Petrolia with shoplifting merchandise valued at $214.65 earlier in the month at the Butler Commons’ Walmart. Police said she failed to scan 24 items June 3 at one of the self-checkout registers.
Dunkle has one prior shoplifting offense, court documents said, and she is charged with a misdemeanor count of retail theft.

June 5 — Ronald E. Harnish II, 46, of North Washington was charged with being more than three times the state’s legal limit for alcohol stemming from a one-vehicle crash last month in Fairview Township.
Police said Harnish’s pickup truck about 11:30 p.m. May 5 struck a ditch and snapped a utility pole along Route 268 just north of Merchant Lane. Petrolia volunteer firefighters extricated the defendant and a Chicora Ambulance crew tended to him, according to court documents.
He allegedly admitted to earlier having consumed alcohol. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries and a blood draw. Toxicology results showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.271 percent.
In Pennsylvania, a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated.
In addition to driving under the influence, Harnish is charged with disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt.
