District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard the following cases:
Clinton A. Bonetti, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accident/damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving, trespass by motor vehicle, reckless driving, minor prohibited operating with alcohol, and purchase of alcohol beverage by a minor. Charges were filed July 17 by Butler Township Police.
Angela M. Grawford, 33, of Butler was held for a charge of public drunkenness and fined $367.25. Charges were filed Aug. 29 by Butler Township Police.
Sarahys Schoeffel, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of escape. Charges were filed Aug. 27 by Butler County detectives.
Richard J. Boggs, 32, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Aug. 23 by Butler Township Police.
James C. Riddle, 50, of Cabot waived to court charges of strangulation, harassment and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Sept. 7 by state police.
Christian M. Degutis, 47, of Valencia waived to court charges of strangulation and simple assault. Charges were filed Sept. 1 by Middlesex Township Police.
Cody L. Swager, 26, of Cabot waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed Aug. 26 by state police.
David R. Tuszynski, 41, of Valencia was held for two charges of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent, and two charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance. Charges were filed March 19 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Terrell E. Leonard, 26, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, selling a controlled substance without a label, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended license, failing to carry a license, careless driving, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacturing/deliver or possession with intent. Charges were filed Sept. 3 by state police.
Christopher W. Wright, 40, of Dravosburg, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance schedule 1, driving under the influence of a controlled substance schedule 2 or 3, driving under the influence of a controlled substance metabolite, driving under the influence of a controlled substance impaired ability, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed Aug. 15 by state police.
Tia R. Garrigan, 25, of Emporium, Cameron County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Aug. 15 by state police.

Lunn, 42, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege was suspended or revoked, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and operating on streets and highways. Charges were filed July 14 by state police.Kirk John Hines, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and an illegal turn. Charges were filed June 22 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.Austin J. Fleeger, 21, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence and no rear lights. Charges were filed July 25 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.Daniel W. Ernst, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges were filed July 20 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.Adam S. McClimans, 33, with no posted address, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, registration and certificate title required, and general lighting requirement. Charges were filed May 17 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.
