McNany, Schmidt key Behrend sweep
ERIE — A-C Valley graduate Cami McNany had three singles and a season-high six RBI in the first game and Freeport graduate Ashleigh Schmidt tossed a complete game in the nightcap as the Penn State Behrend softball team swept a doubleheader from Alfred State Tuesday.
Schmidt struck out a career-high 10 batters as Behrend won by scores of 9-1 and 14-1.
