Man allegedly ran over woman's leg
A Gibsonia man allegedly ran over his girlfriend's leg with a car after an argument.
According to a state police news release Sunday, an arrest warrant was issued for Raymond J. Silak, 41, on felony charges of aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a vehicle.
Silak also was charged with misdemeanor counts of simple assault, harassment and obstructing law enforcement.
State police Monday said Silak, who is a white man standing at about 6'6” tall and weighs about 220 pounds with blue eyes, has yet to be arrested.
Police said he may be driving a Black Mazda 3 with the license plate number KVD1857. Police said the driver-side door is dented.

According to charging documents, police arrived around 5:15 p.m. Thursday at a home on Bullcreek Road in Jefferson Township for a reported domestic dispute.
Police said when they arrived, they talked with Silak, who was outside the home, and they saw no one else around.
“Silak informed (police) that he was in an argument with the homeowner,” said the investigating officer in the affidavit.
The documents said finding no ongoing dispute, police left the scene. However, they again were dispatched around 9:45 p.m. Thursday to the same location, where they met with the victim.
Police said they documented a number of injuries on the woman's face and legs.
According to documents, the victim told police that she got into a argument with Silak, her boyfriend, and at one point, she tried to get into the driver's seat of her car.
“Silak opened the door and threw her out of the car onto the driveway pavement,” police said. “Silak got into the vehicle and reversed the car over her left leg, causing injuries.”
According to police, Silak also punched her in the face multiple times.
After being run over, the woman retreated inside the home.
“Tire marks on the victim's left leg were also observed where the car went over and were photographed,” police said.
Police said Silak fled the scene at some point between the first visit by police and the second.
