BUTLER TWP — The Butler County Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, will host a “Hiring Our Heroes” job fair from 9 a.m. to noon July 30 at the VA Butler Healthcare auditorium.

More than 50 Pennsylvania companies with open job positions and veteran service providers will be at the job fair for military veterans.

The event also is in coordination with the Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Service; the Pennsylvania Committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve; Butler County; Pennsylvania CareerLink of Butler County; and Butler area businesses.

Chamber President Stan Kosciuszko said, “Butler County veterans groups have been enthusiastically promoting the job fair. We are confident that the Hiring Our Heroes’ job fair will be an overwhelming success for all involved.”
