9:41 p.m. Tuesday — Franklin V. Zurzolo Jr., 24, of Butler Township was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on East Quarry Street. Police said they found a used crack pipe under the driver's seat.In addition to the drug charge, Zurzolo was cited for driving with a suspended license, driving with an expired registration and an equipment violation.

4:54 p.m. Sunday — An unknown thief stole a wallet from a Beaver County woman's diaper bag at the Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant, Clearview Mall in Center Township.The suspect is described as a white female, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair. She was wearing a white hooded sweat shirt with a red Aeropostle insignia on it. Anyone with information about the suspect's identity is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.11 a.m. Saturday — An unidentified red vehicle struck two mailboxes and a tree along Black Road just north of Kay Road in Marion Township. The unknown driver drove away. Police suspect the vehicle sustained damage to its passenger side, including a broken side window.4:58 a.m. Saturday — Lee A. Criley, 37, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car hit one tree before crashing head-on into a another tree along Route 356 just north of Phil Mar Drive in Summit Township.1:16 a.m. Saturday — Conrad W. Claycomb Jr., 43, and Craig S. Buck, 43, both of Butler got into a fight over a woman at a home on Winterwood Drive in Connoquenessing, leading to charges against both men.Claycomb and Buck are each charged with simple assault and harassment. Additionally, police cited Claycomb for public drunkenness.12:56 a.m. Saturday — Jonathan A. Mazar, 34, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of DUI in the Rock Ann Haven parking lot on Greenwood Drive in Butler Township.4:15 p.m. Friday — Patricia A. Bushaw, 61, of Butler was hurt when the car she was driving rear-ended another car on Route 68 just east of Ash Stop Road in Forward Township. The collision forced the other car, driven by Gretchen S. McCaffrey, 45, of Connoquenessing into the back of a third car driven by Jeffrey A. Campbell, 32, of Evans City.Police said Bushaw, who was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries, was cited for an unspecified traffic violation.2:03 p.m. Friday — Adam L. Crabtree Jr., 26, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of DUI after his car struck a pickup truck that was parked along the side of Route 8, just north of Ralston Road, in Slippery Rock Township.3:01 a.m. Friday — Aaron J. Moninger, 36, of Slippery Rock was arrested for suspicion of DUI on Route 173 near Country Lane in Slippery Rock Township.9:28 p.m. Thursday — A 17 year-old Chicora girl lost control of her sport utility vehicle, which crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a car on Slippery Rock Road just east of Buena Vista Road in Fairview Township.Police said the girl, who they did not identify, was cited for careless driving. Carl J. Thompson, 41, of Chicora was driving the car.1:30 a.m. Wednesday — Joseph Stefanacci, 40, and Martin Wright, 67, both of Parker face charges stemming from an altercation on Timber Lane in Allegheny Township. Police said both men are charged with simple assault, harassment and terroristic threats.Wednesday — Mark A. Musser, 35, was charged with providing beer to three youths at his mobile home in Brady Township last year. The youths — a pair of girls, both 15, and a boy, 14 — told police they got drunk after drinking the beer at Musser's home on Marigold Lane in August, according to court documents.Musser is charged with three counts each of child endangerment and supplying alcohol to minors.Wednesday — Police filed charges against Joseph P. Libecco, 22, of Parker after his car broke down about 4 p.m. March 11 at New Castle and Hindman roads in Butler Township. Troopers got there and found Libecco's license and registration were suspended.Police also noticed drug contraband in the vehicle. In addition to driving under suspension and with revoked registration, Libecco is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without insurance.5:47 p.m. March 17 — Cars driven by Deborah E. Schricker, 66, of Bradford Woods, Allegheny County, and Arthur W. Zattiero, 72, of Evans City collided at Route 68 and Spithaler School Road in Forward Township.Police cited Schricker for disobeying a traffic signal.March 6 — An unknown burglar broke into a home in Parker Township after smashing out 14 windows on the first floor. The suspect was able to unlock the front door through one of the broken windows and get into the house in the 500 block of Redwood Road about four-tenths of a mile south of Bruin-Queenstown Road.The owner told police that nothing appeared missing from the home. The vandalism and burglary happened between Feb. 27 and March 6.March 6 — Nothing was reported taken from an outbuilding in a burglary at a home in the 300 block of Conerty Road about four-tenths of a mile north of Rattigan Road in Donegal Township.Police said the unknown suspect broke into the fenced-in building after entering the driveway and knocking down two strands of electrical wire. The burglary occurred March 5 or 6.1:03 p.m. March 4 — Two boys face drug charges after one of the youths gave a prescription pill to the other at Moniteau High School in Cherry Township. Police said the case remains under investigation.Feb. 16 — Police charged Joel A. Fobes, 30, of Butler with shoplifting four pairs of Dockers pants Dec. 17 at the Boscov's store, Clearview Mall in Center Township. The defendant later allegedly returned to the store and exchanged the stolen pants for a gift card.Fobes is charged with retail theft.
