BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Jeremy C. Combs, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 22 by township police. Combs was ordered to pay $874.10 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Daniel J. Cunningham, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving without a license, careless driving and failing to yield the right of way, filed Sept. 23 by township police.

Patricia K. Hetrick, 43, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 5 by township police.

Andrew R. Kaechele, 49, of Lyndora waived to court charges of terroristic threats, resisting arrest, loitering or prowling at night, disorderly conduct, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and two counts of criminal mischief, filed Sept. 29 by township police.

Kurt J. Kiesewetter, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 8 by township police.

Rastis O. Marcy, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 28 by the Butler County Sheriff’s office. Marcy was ordered to pay $1,224 in fines and court costs.

Amanda J. McCune, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 21 by township police.

Sean D. McJunkin, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a vehicle, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and causing an accident to unattended property, filed Sept. 28 by township police.

David J. Perri, 55, of Lyndora waived to court four counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 14 by township police.

Jennifer R. Shoaf, 34, of Chicora was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 5 by township police.

Gerald A. Slupe, 47, of Fenelton pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 10 by township police. Slupe was ordered to pay $1,074 in fines and court costs.

Jeffery M. Wilk, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, simple assault and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 13 by township police.

Nicholas A. Williams, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed July 23 by township police. Williams was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.

Bradley M. Zurzolo, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 13 by township police. Zurzolo was ordered to pay $624 in fines and court costs.

Brown, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed Tuesday.Gary W. Plunkard, 44, of Clay Township was held for court on charges of rape, rape of a mentally disabled person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a mentally disabled person, indecent assault, and indecent assault of a mentally disabled person, corruption of minors and furnishing liquor to minors, filed Oct. 9.Steven W. Charlton Jr., 21, of East Butler waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 23.Jason S. Draper, 40, of Chicora was held for court in absence on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Tuesday. A warrant was issued to the Court of Common Pleas for failure to appear.Christopher P. Schaffner, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, purchasing alcohol by a minor, filed Sept. 21.Shaine M. Collins, 36, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 5.Jo M. Russell, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 13.
