CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases.

Mersadies Elizabeth Stevens, 21, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and driving under the influence filed May 31 by Cranberry Township Police.

Nathan Lynn Torboli, 34, of Cranberry Township, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to stop at a red signal and disregarding traffic lane, filed April 27, by Cranberry Township Police.

Timothy M. Dearfield, 50, of Freedom, waived to court charges of false written statement and statement under penalty filed May 22 by Cranberry Township Police.

David Christopher Jones, 33, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of forgery, receiving stolen property and theft filed April 21 by Cranberry Township Police.

Kenneth Todd Mackall, 30, of Rochester, Pa., was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, following too closely, and driving while blood alcohol content is .02 or greater while license is suspended filed April 20 by Cranberry Township Police.

Walter Lawrence Lewis, 54, of Stone Mountain, Ga., waived to court charges of forgery (four counts), possession of an instrument of crime (four counts), criminal attempt (two counts), possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation (two counts), filed June 1 by Cranberry Township Police.

Theresa Marie Fullerton, 51, of Ambridge, waived to court a charge of retail theft filed June 4 by Cranberry Township Police.

David M. Gengarella, 50, of Midland, waived to court a charge of harassment filed Feb. 21 by Cranberry Township Police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Clayton D. Spithaler, 34, of Callery, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 2 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $562.50.

Chelsea L. Marburger, 27, of Lyndora, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 27 by Butler Township Police.

Rachel E. Ross, 24, of McKnight, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct filed April 27 by Butler Township Police.

Kurt R. Kelly, 39, of Petrolia, waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed May 8 by Butler Township Police.

Marina S. Zellonis, 46, of Bruin, waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed April 24 by Butler Township Police. Zellonis waived to court charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy, (two counts), and criminal trespass, filed May 4 by Butler Township Police. Zellonis waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing of instruments of crime filed May 5 by Butler Township Police. And Zellonis waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed May 30 by Butler Township Police.

Donna J. Neely, 58, of Butler, waived to court a charge of theft by deception filed May 8 by Butler Township Police.

Eric U. Moutrie, 41, of Philadelphia, waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (two counts), criminal conspiracy (four counts), and possession of a controlled substance (two counts), filed May 25 by Butler Township Police.

Katie A. Schultz, 33, of Butler, was held for court on charges of endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance filed May 8 by Butler Township Police.

Joyce Y. Lunsford, 52, of Tarentum, pleaded guilty to a charge of public drunkenness filed March 16 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $210.50.

Kimberly S. Rape, 37, of Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed April 21 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $354.50.

Alex J. Dorenkamp, 19, of Chicora, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed May 8 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $460.50.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Joseph Greiner Dahl, 34, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license and no headlights filed March 5 by state police.

Cody D. Jones, 22, of Sewickley, waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and public drunkenness filed May 13 by state police.

Richard Custard Vos Jr., 45, of Sewickley, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed June 11 by state police.

Denzyl Robert-William Jones, 23, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed May 14 by state police.

Joseph Dale Steiner, 23, of Harrisville, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed May 12 by state police.

Brandon James Gurowski, 24, of Slippery Rock, was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed April 21 by state police.

Anthony Drew Whittington, 20, of Beaver Falls, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of alcohol by a minor, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, hit and run, failure to notify police of an accident and operation of a vehicle without inspection filed March 12 by state police.

Dontez Dwayne Rash, 19, of Cleveland, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, obedience to traffic control devices and driving without insurance filed April 6 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Jody Lynn Wilson, 48, of Prospect, waived to court a charge of forgery filed April 12 by state police.

Justin T. Parker, 34, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception filed June 27, 2015, by state police.

Logan Carl Gibbons, 19, of Ellwood City, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol in their system, and possession of alcohol by a minor filed April 30 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Austin Edward Birckbichler, 18, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with alcohol in their system, failure to dim high beam, and possession of alcohol by a minor filed May 4 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Dylan Joseph Reutzer, 22, of Butler, waived to court charges of furnishing liquor to a minor filed May 4 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Kory William Clark, 19, of Newbury, Ohio, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 23 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Melanie L. Stoner, 41, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of theft and unauthorized use of an access device, filed April 24 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Krystal Nicole Carder, 23, of Slippery Rock, waived to court a charge of bad checks filed May 15 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Teia Marie Neely, 35, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of children filed Feb. 5 by state police.

Lawrence Njabon Francis, 27, of Slippery Rock, was held for court on charges of corrupt organizations, conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property, forgery, and criminal use of a communication facility, filed March 22 by state police.

Nicholas Christopher Ace, 34, of Sharon, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoked, speeding and reckless driving filed March 20 by state police.

Brian Lynn Murphy Jr., 28, of Edinburg, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed April 23 by state police.
