SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Samantha L. Boucher, 21, of Renfrew waived to court six counts each theft by deception and forgery, filed between Feb. 17 and March 27 by Buffalo Township police. Boucher also waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud, filed April 3 by state police.
William G. Fierst, 41, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on roads laned for traffic, careless driving and driving vehicle at safe speed, filed March 9 by state police.
Amos L. Glenn IV, 27, of Arnold was held for court on charges of operation following suspension of registration, turning movement requirement, required financial responsibility, general lighting requirements, driving vehicle at safe speed, stop and yield signs, careless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude police, filed March 9 by Buffalo Township police.
Cheryl E. Miller, 56, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence/highest rate of alcohol, use of multibeam road lighting equipment and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan 20 by Buffalo Township police.
Donna Potts, 43, of Arnold waived to court charges of driving under the influence and limitations on backing, filed March 2 by Buffalo Township police.
Donald G. Renner, 67, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, filed Jan. 3 by Middlesex Township police.
William L. Woodard, 41, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and stalking, filed April 18 by state police.

Bagdes-Canning, 25, of Emlenton was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident, filed April 23.Rhonda Sue Bortmes, 42, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 27.James Patrick Connors, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed March 19. Connors was ordered to pay $313.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.William K. Dellich, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of criminal mischief, filed March 10.Theresa M. Doerr, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and a lane violation, filed March 6.Daniel E. Leech, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed April 17.John D.
