Aug. 20 — Justin Delancey, 31, of Butler and Celina Rains, 29, of Butler were charged with possession of drugs and possession of paraphernalia after they were allegedly found in possession of syringes, empty heroin stamp bags and a full stamp bag when police responded to a report of a female injecting herself with something in a grassy area outside of Walgreens.July 10 — Nicholas Minda, 23, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence, hit-and-run and summary traffic violations after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a utility pole at Morton Avenue and Graham Road and into another vehicle at Morton Avenue and East McQuistion Road.Aug. 21 — Joanie Corbett, 42, of Rimersburg is being charged with driving under the influence, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and a stop sign violation following a traffic stop on East McQuistion Road.Aug. 21 — Mark Hemphill, 61, of Butler and Walter Gera, 49, of Butler were cited for public drunkenness after police responded to the Super 8 for a report of two intoxicated men who would not leave the area.Aug. 23 — Paul Duane Erkens, 65, of Butler was not injured after crashing his vehicle into a tree along Evans City Road. His vehicle was towed.
