Going to the dogs and cats
With the approval of their principal at Center Township Elementary School, students Octobyr Sarver, left, and Cheyenne Spare solicited holiday donations for the Butler County Humane Society from all the fourth-grade classes in their building. The girls estimate that 50 students and several outside sources donated during the campaign.
