EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard the following cases.

Krystal Lynn Dannu, 31, waived to court charges of burglary, receiving stolen property and carrying a firearm not to be carried without a license. Charges were filed July 26 by Adams Township Police. No address was listed for Dannu.

John Donald Carns, 51, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding a traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt. Charges were filed July 9 by state police.

Bryan Kisio, 35, of Gibsonia waived to court two charges of DUI. Charges were filed July 16 by Adams Township Police.

Derek Lewis Linkenheimer, 22, waived to court charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, fleeing arrest, disregarding a railroad barricade, reckless driving, driving at an unsafe speed, driving on the left side of the road, disregarding traffic lane, failure to keep right, improper pass, disobeying a person authorized to direct traffic and failure to stop at a red light. Charges were filed June 4 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.

Jason Michael Roccia, 30, of Evans City waived to court charges of strangulation and aggravated assault. Charges were filed Aug. 15 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.

Barry Vunora, 59, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Charges were filed by Adams Township Police. He was arraigned Aug. 17.

Neal Kenneth Hartman, 31, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding a traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed June 17 by state police.

Tyler James Herrman, 24, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of rape: forcible compulsion, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent and indecent assault without the consent of the other. Charges were filed June 26 by Jackson Township Police.

Gregory Daniel Loos Jr., 37, of Indiana, Pa. waived to court charges of DUI, drug possession and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges were filed June 16 by Adams Township Police.

Tara Nicole Storey, 31, of Ford City, waived to court charges of intentional possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating an uninsured vehicle. Charges were filed June 16 by Adams Township Police.
