Michael Andrew Fisher, 29, of Allison Park was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed March 11.

Thomas James Balzer, 38, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, and harassment, filed March 7.

Sandip S. Bajwa, 46, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving, filed March 2.

Chad Ehle, 41, of Monaca waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, and driving without a license, filed Feb. 19.

Joshua Brian Shuttleworth, 23, of Baden waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, filed Feb. 19.

Justin Paul Musloe, 25, of Wexford waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal, filed Feb. 19 by Evans City -Seven Fields Regional Police.

Emma Heaney, 34, of Zelienople waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 17.

Tiffany Anne Blystone, 25, of Mars waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and alcohol and failure to stop at a red light, filed Feb. 11. In a separate case filed Jan. 3, Blystone waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and alcohol and an improper turn.

Michael A. Mastellino, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, filed Feb. 4.

Matthew Notarianni, 22, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, a stop sign violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving-unintentional death, and damage to unattended vehicle or property, filed Jan. 27.

Tammy Lou Dinello, 45, of New Brighton waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 27.

Jon Eric Shaffer, 47, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility, filed Jan. 21.

Matthew Ryan Miller, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 12.

Rebecca Ann Kasarda, 22, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to keep right, and disregarding a traffic lane, filed Jan. 3.

Amy Lynn Sauter, 27, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 16, 2015.

Steven Files, 53, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed July 17, 2015.
