CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases.

Anthony Henry Blackwell, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court a charge of escape filed June 25 by state police.

Drew Allen Lydick, 35, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right and disregarding traffic lane filed May 6 by state police.

Racquel Marie Beachem, 33, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed April 29 by state police.

Mark David Higgins, 53, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, hit and run, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, speeding and careless driving filed May 4 by state police.

Stephanie Renee Miller, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving unregistered vehicle, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed May 23 by state police.

Russell Don Stroup, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed March 31 by state police.

Adam A. Santoro, 35, of Belle Vernon waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and no headlights filed May 6 by state police.

Tamili May Smith, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed May 9 by state police.

Tyler Anthony Irvine, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed June 27 by state police.

Charles William, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, failure to use safety belt and improper replacement of glass filed June 28 by state police.

Jocelyn Varner Richardson, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, and careless driving filed May 13 by state police.

David Dickerson, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment filed June 18 by state police.

Matthew Louis Donaldson, 28, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of theft and unauthorized use of an access device filed May 18 by state police.

Clecy Edward Thompson, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of fleeing an officer, driving while license is suspended or revoked, disregarding traffic lane, speeding, abandoning vehicle on the highway and careless driving filed June 21 by state police.

Samantha Brianne Bish, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 1 by state police.

Jacob Scott Ellenberger, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving without a license filed June 13 by state police.

Michael Kevin Kelly 52, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed June 5 by state police.

Kathy Lynn Shuler, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed June 3 by state police.

Autumn Rae Ruth, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property filed June 5 by state police.

Kelli Jean Lasick, 34, Steubenville. Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property filed April 5 by state police and was ordered to pay $661.50 in fines, restitution and court costs.

Dale Benjamin Schell, 55, of Masury, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of making false statements filed May 5 by state police and was ordered to pay $629.50 in fines and court costs.

Shane Michael Bates, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property filed May 31 by state police and was ordered to pay $514.50 in fines, costs and restitution.

Jason Timothy Wertman, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft filed May 31 by state police and was ordered to pay $857 in fines, costs and restitution.

Austin James Rusch, 22, of Petrolia, pleaded guilty to a charge of access device fraud filed Feb. 23, 2015, by state police and was ordered to pay $875.50 in fines, costs and restitution.

Roman Wayne Kastelic, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, and not using low beam filed June 27 by state police.

Dylan James Notaro, 20, of Boyers waived to court charges of criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief, theft from a motor vehicle, loitering and prowling at night filed by April 26 by state police.

Laura Jean Walter, 53, of Boyers, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and speeding filed June 6 by state police.

Toryon Tarek Flemings, 19, of Erie waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed April 7 by state police.

Adam Christopher Taylor, 33, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failure to keep right filed June 1 by state police.

Seth Earle Hungerman, 20, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane, speeding and operating vehicle without valid inspection filed June 20 by state police.

Christopher James Hrach, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal trespass filed June 28 by Lancaster Township Police.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David Kovach recently heard these cases.

John F. Davis, 50, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, two counts; corruption of minors, three counts; endangering the welfare of children, three counts, and indecent exposure, two counts, filed May 2 by Cranberry Township Police.

Jill Marie Morinello, 31, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Aug. 26, 2015, by Cranberry Township Police.

Carla Jean Bartles, 63, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed May 11 by Cranberry police.

Mary Kathryn Herzog, 50, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed May 11 by Cranberry police.

Robert Howard Morris Jr. 38, of Wexford waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed Jan. 27 by Cranberry Township Police.

Matthew William Carothers, 41, of Midland, Beaver County, waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude police, possession of an instrument of crime, careless driving, improper display of plate and damage to property by operating a motor vehicle filed April 28 by Cranberry Township Police.

Kaitlyn Anne Valentine, 26, of Pittsburgh was held for court on a charge of retail theft filed April 28 by Cranberry Township Police.

Chad Lavery, 34, of Butler was held for court on a bad check charge filed Feb. 25 by Cranberry Township Police.

Tugger J. King, 35, of New Castle waived to court a bad check charge filed May 11 by Cranberry Township Police.

Michelle Clark, 45, of Midland, Beaver County, waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy filed Jan. 20 by Cranberry Township Police.

Paul A. Encrapera, 63, of Beaver was held for court on charges of conspiracy, criminal attempt, forgery, counterfeit access device, theft, receiving stolen property and bad checks filed Sept. 26, 2014 by Cranberry Township Police.

Thomas Michael Zurick, 35, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy, retail theft, and receiving stolen property filed June 23 by Cranberry Township Police.
