Power outage in SR scheduled for upgrades
SLIPPERY ROCK — A scheduled half-hour power outage at 9:30 a.m. today allowed West Penn Power to upgrade its equipment.
A company spokesman said that any work that the company did not conclude today could result in a similar outage at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
